Hello visitor! I’m Mindstate, and you must be reading this due to my exceptionally high experience. To start out with, I just turned eighteen and am graduating out of Seton Hall. I have been managing servers for about three years, and have been an active staff member of the community for about five. You have a task at hand? You found the right choice.

What I’ve Learned
Assets & Skills
From everything I have learned. I would say I am exceptionally higher then most users. Although there are some who may have worked with “better” networks, I have learned many skills. I can handle almost all forms of management necessary. I am prepared for the task at hand and want to being my dedication forward.

Management
Staff Management:
- Full Staff Management. This includes staff meetings, promotions, demotions,
monitoring, etc. Creating a strong team is a hard thing to do, and what I know a lot of bigger server owners struggle with is when their top admins go and create their own servers, or perhaps they just lose their staff to inactivity. Sadly, these are all too common things in the community even among those who handle their servers with the utmost responsibility and respect. With my management, server owners will feel stress-free about their staff team. All staff will be given a Code of Conduct and it will be strictly followed.
Community Management:
- Full Community Management. My main goal is to essentially make sure the community in its entirety is operating smoothly. This includes planning events, accepting and denying ban appeals, reports, tickets, and fixing issues among the community.
Media Management:
- Full Media Management. As a Media Manager for a 200 player-base server I have been added into many discords and have made contacts with many YouTubers. I offer full Media Management to allow your server to have the chance to grow in a positive way. All YouTubers will be monitored regularly and will upload regularly as well.
Server Management:
- Full Server Management. Full server management is all of the above. I will Manage the staff team, I will also manage the community, as well as youtubers.
Server Administration:
- Full Administration. This involves bug fixes, along with helping with lag. As an Admin I would also regulate the server and help make sure that everyone is following the Terms of Service. There are many more Administration roles, that I cannot list them all here.
Experience
As prior stated, I believe my experience stands out more then others. I approach situations differently due to my experience and can handle almost anything under pressure. I do my job correctly with minimal errors/flaws. I can assure you from my management experience I’m the right choice for you.
